Project and design
The project is for a 4-storey building above ground, consisting of 16 apartments and 16 parking spaces - 8 studio type, 4 one-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom apartments. The total built-up area of the building is 788 sq. m, and the plot - 632 sq. m. Built-up area on the ground floor (elevation 0) – 169 sq. m, remaining 463 sq. m for parking and yard space. Excellent layouts, providing functionality and rational use of spaces, and clear floor height of 2.70m, favorable exposures, richly glazed living spaces. The facades are designed in three contrasting colors, filled with "Caparol" silicate plaster - yellow (Ginster 140), white (Mint 25) and anthracite (Moos 15).

- The territory of the building will be completely fenced, with the exception of the south side, where there will be 5 parking spaces with an adjacent parking lot bracket and barrier with access control.
